VBA code to delete specific data

I am looking for VBA Code to erase specific data that is copied to a sheet when a drop box item is chosen. How can i code it that if that list item is changed it must go and find the data that was copied on that sheet that and delete it.

Need some help with code please

Have uploaded a sample file

1.Drop box in the SO sheets copies data from the same named sheet and then pastes it in the Q Sheet.

2. How can i code it so that if i return back to that item in the SO sheet and change it , it will go to the Q sheet and replace the old data with the new selection
