Pull non-blank, text values from array

    Hello,

I have a sheet with data in A3:F23, which I named Named_Array1. The data is scattered in the array amongst quite a few blank cells. The data is listed from row 3 until the end of the data without blanks in each column, but below that data the columns are empty. I am looking for a formula which will pull all array data into a single column without blanks.

The closest I've come to getting this to work is:

The code above will calculate the first non-blank value correctly, but will not fill down. When I attempt to fill down the second cell repeats the first value and then I receive a

in the third cell of the target data column.

    I've also tried:

I return a blank cell/error with these two.

Thank you in advance for any advice.

Thank you for replying Leo, this solution does work. I should've been more specific, I am looking for a solution that would automatically populate the result column without a button push. I should be able to adjust the macro to run automatically, right?

    Thanks again for the help.
