Is it possible to add a option before print a sheet

i am suing below code to print a sheet with yes or no button.

i want to add to select the automatically ready(online) printer before printing a page,
for example
i have three printers connected with my pc, sometime some printer does offline

so i want to select automatically online printer before printing


thank you

why not check at the beginning which printer is online and send the print command to the online one?
