Prevent Entries via Excel userform on multiple conditions

Good Day

I have this userform which I am capturing PC Setups. I have three unique fields that I do not want to have duplicates for

I have managed to get one field to prompt me if a duplicate exists. I am not getting the other fields to work. When I try adding the other two fields the system hangs.

The fields I am referring to are :

ALB Tag - working
Monitor ALB Tag
Power on Password

@ farhadj - When I open your workbook, I get 4 images added to my desktop labeled G1 through G4. Is this supposed to happen?

@mehmetcik - did this happen to you as well??

Yes that's correct you will get images on the userform
