Multiple users accessing excel spreadsheet

Hi all,

I am pretty new to VBA and m given a task to create an in house application using excel vba for project portfolio management. there will be multiple users accessing it and it will sit on sharepoint. I need it to be able to be accessed by multiple users while one is editing and other can extract reports.

Any thoughts??

Look into 'Share Workbook. in 2010 version, under REVIEW tab ~ Allow changes by more than 1 user.
