VBA to uppercase

Hello,

I'm useing this exisiting code to force uppercase:

This work great, but this check all the rows, and because I have more than 13000 rows it takes a long time before it comes to the last 50 that I want to change.
Is there a possibility to change this code that it starts only at row 13000?
