How can I change the entire Pivot Caption Name including the dash?

Hello,

How can I change the entire Pivot Caption Name including the dash?
For example, when I add a Pivot Chart based on a Pivot Table, the chart legend entry for example is:


XPTO - Average of COMPLEX_UTIL_PCT

I am able to change the above caption by removing the Average of COMPLEX_UTIL_PCT, however, I am unable to remove the dash (-)
