underline text within the same cell

Hi All,

Need your help with fixing this macro.

Goal: I want this macro to underline all text before ":" within the same cell.

Whats currently happening: If the word before ":" is a duplicate word the macro is doing the underline for that word.

Anyone can help? Thanks in advance.
