Automatically hide the current workbook view for userform

I am facing a problem when I open my userform. What happens is that when I open my userform all the other workbooks disappear. Is there a way where only the current workbook for the userform disappears while all others remain?

All the above code is added in the module1.

    all the other workbooks disappear.
    That's exactly what

does. You're hiding the Excel application.

    Perhaps

    might be a better alternative.

Thank you for your reply. It worked perfect.

I would also like to know what does this code mean? And why do I get an error in this instance?

    .

Also I am using this code to close the workbook when the user form is closed without saving.

But now everytime I reopen I get the message stating abc.xlsm is already open. Reopening will cause any changes that you made to be discarded. Do you want to reopen abc.xlsm?
