Need to change cell color based off of RGB Color being defined in 3 cells

    Need to change cell color based off of RGB Color being defined in 3 cells

    I would like to be able to automatically have excel change the cell color in column "L" by using the Red Green Blue values that are defined in the corresponding Columns "F-G". I have attached a sheet to use as a reference. I don't have a clue where to start. I would only have a maximum of 15 rows. Thanks,
