Macro to Filter with user input

Hello everyone,

I have a macro that filters two columns based on set criteria and it works great. I just need to adjust it so that a user can add input that will be used to filter a third column.
So the macro will run and filter two columns with set criteria. I then want the macro to ask for some input and once that input has been added it will be used to filter a third column.

The next field that I want to be filtered is Field:=2, Criteria1:="whatever the user inputs!"

Hope this makes sense. It will save me a TON of time if it is working.
I am using Excel 2011 Mac and am a VB novice. I have a basic understanding.
