macro to assign break and lunch schedules based on an 8hr shift

Does anyone know a macro that can automatically assign a break and lunch schedule to an 8hr shift?

I have 29 employees working one shift which is from 10am to 7pm..I want a macro that can look at that shift and assign 2 15min break and 1 45min lunch however I want no more than 4 employees having the same breaks and lunch.

    Is that possible?

Yes, but you need to provide example sheets of what your data looks like and what you want it to look like after the code runs. "a macro that can look at that shift" is too vague for anyone to give you concrete help.
I'm interested in starting a career working with VBA, if anyone knows of any opportunities!

What is the allowed range for each break/lunch? Within that range, can the break start at any given minute? or should they start at quarter hour increments? Or...?

It would be helpful if you said something like: "First break can start at 11:30, 11:45, or 12:00", or "First break can happen at any time between 12:00 and 1:00" etc. etc.
