Adding Totals To Worksheet

Good morning, I am attempting to add totals for columns D & E - I have this formula, but the second it hits the first code block line it immediately leaves the procedure. I assume it is a syntax error that is amis, but I can't spot it! How should this be altered so that columns D & E get summed?

Equivalent to =SUM(D1:D?), where ? = lastRow.

Thank you @leelnich - one to many replacesments when I wanted to totals to move from Column C to Column D!
