Flatten 2D Table with Multiple Headers to a 1D Data Table

Hello,

I have a table that I'll need co-workers who are not excel savvy to input data. They input their initials and the session type into rows 1 and 2. The scores for each of the questions make up the actual table beginning in row 3. Each new person will repeat this process in the next column, making a table.

I'll need to run analysis on their inputs. The Un-pivot feature unfortunately does not pick up multiple headers that users fill out before they input their scores. Could someone help me with a method to flatten the data? I need the output to be a data table on a new tab.

I'm attaching a simplified example. The actual file has 4 rows of column headers followed by 56 rows of scoring.
