I need code for if in column B starting in cell B2 it says Comment then insert XXX in columns D,E & F on the same row and then to repeat for all rows than have Comment in column B

Whereabouts? Got to be honest and say we moved from South Manchester nearly 12 months ago and now live not far from Jodrell Bank.

New quick method:
Select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Solved. To undo, select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Unsolved.
Or you can use this way:
How to mark a thread Solved
Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
You may also want to consider thanking those people who helped you by clicking on the little star at the bottom left of their reply to your question.
I'm not that far from the Trafford center , I'm outside the ring road and Jodrell bank aint that far from me either 20/30min drive.
