Calculating moves Considering given criteria

Dear Excel gurus,
Considering following criteria, we are calculating moves (Single/Twin) manually.
1. If size = 40 or 45

= 1 Single
---------
2. If size = 20

- Specific/ identical RTG (RTG#) handled 2 containers (Container No)
- Stack alternate (Yard Location is different)
- Diff of Time between said 2 Containers(Container No) is less than equal to 2 minutes.
= 1 Twin
-----------
3. Remaining all cases
= 1 Single
