sending a line email after evaluating the lines first cell

Hi there

Attached I have a file from which I want to email the line that completes a certain rule.
The rule is that : at the first column I have set a value from 0 to 3.
0= NOT SENT YET NEW LINE
1=line has been sent for its activation
2=line has been sent for its completion
3=COMPLETED
So, when I enter a new line, column A will always has the value 0.
When I press the email button, it will read all the cell in column A and will evaluate if it is 0. Then it will pick the line and send an email and after the completion, it will set the value of column A at the specific line to 1.
If I enter the values at cells N , O , P, the value of the A column of the particular line will be set to 2, and if I press the email button it will send the info of that line. After that, it will set the value of column A of that line to 3.

Now - because every time it will read all the values of the sheet at column A - whenever it finds 0 or 1 or 2 it will send that line to email.

I hope that it is clear enough what I am trying to achieve here.

In your write-up, is the status number 2 added by you when you add the values to the cells in columns N, O, and P or do you want the macro to do this for you?
