Toggle cells to turn pictures On & Off

Hello,
Need help on toggle a cell or shape to turn on or turn off picture(s).

Basic needs...
1. Toggle a cell if it is OFF, it will turn on the picture in a column next right to a cell called image.
Picture will bring to front, then shape or dot will change to green color.
2. Toggle a cell if it is ON, it will turn off the picture. Shape or dot will change to white color.
3. All images will place in "Images" worksheet.
4. If there are more than one picture, roll a mouse over the cell (green dot in image column) will show
that picture. Roll over to a different green dot, then picture will switch to the picture that related
to that green dot. Picture will bring to front.
5. Pictures will show next right to the cell that holds the green dot.

For some reason, I could not upload example xlsx file from my computer. It said failed. I did it many times
before had no issue. I do not know why. I will keep trying.

I did using Managed Attachment > Choose files > Select the file from my computer > Click "upload" button on far right
> pop-up showing "Upload Errors" ... file name ' upload of file failed > Click Close This Window back to the post.
There is no sample file being upload. After the new thread is posted, I use edit post then use "Go Advanced" to upload
the example file, it did not work. I have "You may post Attachments" right.

I tried again, it works for jpg files. Maybe file size 5,072 KB is too big for xlsx file?

How big is the file?
- make your images smaller and bring file size below 1,000.0 KB

Hi,
I took sometime to reduce the images to 600 dpi. Supprise the file reduce a lot. XLSX file now attached,

In attached file click on a different value in column C to change the picture

When cell in column C is selected, value of J4 changes to match, and the green dot is moved to the correct position,
This is achieved with this change macro:

- its RefersTo formula is

The interactive picture is a linked picture (it's linked via the named range)

- it is not possible to link a picture directly to a cell, so it's achieved via the named range
- click on the picture and the formula appears in the formula bar

Hello kev_
My thought is to click the dot to show the picture. In order to know which dot to
click, I have to look at the description in column, then come back to the dot to click.

But I like your way to click a name in column C, the green dot will move to row position
to the description that was clicked. It is a much better way than mine.
