extracting data into relevant fields

Hello,
I need to extract values from F,G,H,I,J and L into another worksheet.
According to values in column B, data should look like in the second worksheet in the attachment. Problem is, returned L values can be 1,2,3 or more and has to be one after each other in a row.
So, I need the logic, if it is within "x" value, take all values in L as a row.

I still have missing data
i = i + n - 2 doesn't work

Still, I have missing results. Can you please check macro again? I have 7 numbers in column B but macro returns only 3 rows.

It turned out that I need more information to extract from the original sheet. Can you please include them as well (in desired column field)?
