Find last cell with data in a column copy and paste to another worksheet

Hello All

I would like a piece of code which will find the last cell in column C with data in it on the active worksheet and then copy the data from the cell and then it is to find the last cell with data in column H of the active worksheet and paste in the cell of the next row.

Very close to what I wanted, I didn't word what I wanted correctly the copying part great, the pasting needs to be in another worksheet

Try this. You'll need to adjust the Workbook/Worksheet names.
