I want to retrieve the selected criteria from my multi-selection list box and put it into a excel cell. I also want this to automatically update when select new criteria.

THis code will do as you require.
Note you'll have to assign the macro to the list box to make it run whenever the selection is changed.Please Login or Register to view this content.

That seems great, although when no criteria is selected i get this message:

My mistake, it was trying to reduce the length of a null string by 1 character. This should fix that...
