I'm trying to create a form for my Doctor for my Blood glucose. I copy data from a CVS file and paste into the form. I need to track before and after meals and average the data. Can someone please help me?

What I need is.
Blood Sugar (mg/dL) under 70 (total number of days under 70 and the total Average of there Blood Sugar )

Blood Sugar (mg/dL) Between 70 and 180 (total number of days Between 70 and 180 and the Total Average of there Blood Sugar)

Blood Sugar (mg/dL) over 180 (total number of days over 180 and the Total Average of there Blood Sugar)

Fasting Blood Sugar (mg/dL) (total number of days Fasting and the Total Average of there Blood Sugar)

Try this. This is similar to what I used when I was diagnosis with a (mg/dL) of 332

- Day: 1
- Average: 44.5
- Calculation: AVERAGEIF($D$9:$D$131,"<=69")

Blood Sugar (mg/dL) Between 70 and 180
- Day: 105
- Average: 148.3
- Calculation: AVERAGEIFS($D$9:$D$131,$D$9:$D$131,">=70",$D$9:$D$131,"<181")

Blood Sugar (mg/dL) over 180
- Day: 17
- Average: 210.5
- Calculation: AVERAGEIF($D$9:$D$131,">=181")

Fasting Blood Sugar (mg/dL)
- Day: 10
- Average: 136.4
- Calculation: AVERAGEIF($E$9:$E$131,"fasting",$D$9:$D$131)
