    yes =CONCAT is available in 2016

    Here is a UDF to replace =CONCAT if you are using Excel 2013 or earlier

    the UDF can take a delimiter (optional) if you want to separate with a character:
    so if A1=A,B1 =B,C1=C,D1=D
