Userform - combining 4 textboxes into 1 textbox

I'm new to creating Userforms so need some help here. i've created a Userform with 4 textboxes (Name, Account, Date and Amount). I need a code that once clicked it will grab the data entered in the 4 textboxes and place into a 5th textbox at the bottom.

For example, the 5th textbox would show.... Name - Joe Smith, Account - 12345, Date - 6/3/17, Amount - $25.00

    Appreciate any help with this!
    Thanks,
    Jason

Hi Norie, yes I would like the data to show in a textbox. Do you have a suggestion? I'm open to anything; however I don't want the data in a cell though.

The only reason I was wondering about a textbox was that I wondered if you just wanted it for display or for something the user could edit.

If it's the former I would suggest a label rather than a textbox.

    Thanks Norie,

The user would just need to copy the data and paste into another program. So no edit would need to be done. The user would enter the data into textboxs 1 - 4, click submit and appears into a box. If label is easier that'd be great!
