VBA download file using POST

Hello all,

I want to create a VBA code which would download a file from a website. In every day life person presses a button to download a file from a website and the window pops up with question do you want to open it or save it. After looking at website source code this is how button is programmed like:

The problem is that there is no direct link to the file as it gets generated once the button is pressed. Is it possible to write a VBA which would download data from a website into the already open worksheet?Below are the snapshots of Firefox network option showing POST parameters sent to the website.

Any suggestions guys? I'm not an expert so please keep it simple as possible.
