VBA to save file with arrival date

Hello all.

I have been using this form that has a macro build in when you press the 'envelop' button will save a file on your desktop with a specific name and creates a new email with the following subject : "CPReq " & " " & USERNAME & " " & Format(Now(), "mm-dd-yyyy hh-mm AMPM")

I am looking for a way to change that date from Now, to arrival data that can be found enclosed in the document. I have attached the doc so you can take a closer look.
