Copy and Paste Loop with nested If

Hello.
Every day I receive a Workbook as shows attach file loopbio2

Details. I am tryng to write a code to copy and paste loop based on the value in a cell.
Then and If IsEmpty is tested at least 4 times.

I include the first lines of code I have been testing
I want the next set of data to go into the row below the previous set of collected data.

I include the code I have been tested but, I am lost with the If statements.
I also include file sheet4 showing what I need.

I really appreciate in advance to anyone who offers help on this issue.
