Combinations and fetching in the Forms Sheet

Dear Excel Experts,

I'm facing a challenging situation on resolving a sheet. I have explained all the required details in the sheet itself. Please help in sorting out the issue with the help of Macros.

There are two columns " Current BU Code" & " Debit BU Code ". I need to find which one are the current BU codes, group it and match with Unique Debit BU Code.

After then that combination should get printed in the form with details mentioned in the form.
