Inserting cells within a set range

I have a worksheet to record the days events as text. To keep everything visible on the screen I use the Range C2:C32,F2:F32. So, events are recorded first in C2 then C3 ... C32 then up to F2 then F3 and so on.
I have been asked to provide a way to enter cells if something was forgotten, events should be in the order they happened. It is important that cells are not added at the bottom as it moves formatting and command buttons so, that's why I have it delete cells just below the range.

This code works quite nice and I have a separate Macro for Column 6 and that works nice.

Now the problem is when text gets down to C32 it will be lost. What I need is a way to have C32 get moved to F2 when I insert anywhere above C32.

Is this possible?

this macro will copy the value of each cell in the range C2:F32 into the cell below, or the next column if it reaches the end of your range
it only works with values - if your cells contain formulas, they will be lost
