Error: 1004, PasteSpecial method, Script out of range

Hi All,
I know this error has been addressed multiple times, but I can't seem to find a fix for this script.
I get the Error: 1004, PasteSpecial method of worksheet class failed. Followed by Runtime error: 9, Subscript out of range.

The scrip has worked fine for years, but I think the website it was pulling data from made a change and now the script is broken.

Any help would be awesome.

The Line "Workbooks("Cust_Tally_Tracking_Template.xlt").Activate" is highlighted yellow when I debug.

Let me know if you need more info, hopefully easy fix.

Usually a subscript error means something cannot be found. Is that template open?

Yes, it works by selecting text on a website, copying.
Then pressing an import button in excel. that's when I get the error.

Okay, then there is an open workbook named "Cust_Tally_Tracking_Template.xlt",?

I renamed workbook to that and still same errors.
It worked before and had different names, don't think that's causing it.
