copy formula and fill down till last not blank cells

hi,
i am using below code to copy formula from "A12:E12, J12:Y12, AA12:AI12,AK12"
According to Column F

i want to copy formula from 1 row above
for example if i have data in A12:E500

and i input data in column F till F550

now i need to copy formula till A12:E550 And above code will copy range AA12:AI12 Will fill down to f550

according above example
i want code copy range from A500:E500 AND FILL DOWN THEM TO AA550:E550 Not copy from the beginning (range a12:e12)
like in below code it does
