Email Macro with Unique Subject Line

Hello Gurus,

Attached is the sheet in question... this should be an easy one for yall!

Below is an piece of code I got from Ron de Bruin... works great but I cannot figure out how to change it properly. I need my column A values to display on the .Subject line for each email sent out.

Each email gets an unique attachment, unique email .Subject line, and sent to unique email address. All I need is the .Subject line piece... just fyi... because the email macro requires filepath you may need to create a fake file to attach to the email...

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!!

I was confused about 3 loops as well but the excel debugger kept confusing me... plus Im not an expert so down the rabbit hole I went!!!
