Changing the Line Properties of a Scatter Converts it to a Scatter With Straight Lines

Hi!

I'm trying to change the properties of my scatter marker's border line in a scatter chart using the following code:

When I do this the series chart type changes to a scatter with straight lines. Which I don't want. I just want it to be a scatter.

Any advice? I obviously have no issue doing this manually.

edit: Never mind, I just needed to convert it back to a scatter afterwards, I guess.
