Poplulating a second combo box based on user selection in first combo box

I have a user form with two combo boxes. The first combo box is populated from a named range of unique values found in the workbook in a data sheet (Column D). The macro to populate this unique list is working fine thanks to previous help on this forum.

The second combo box is to be populated by unique values from column E in my datasheet that matches the user's selection from combo box 1. I posted this problem before with no response, so I am hopeful that a more graphic depiction of what I want to do will be helpful to you experts.

Once the user is presented with and selects from the list of unique vehicle ID numbers in combo box2, I want all rows with that vehicle ID number to be copied to a new sheet (Sheet 5, Col A2).

Well above my VBA skills. Can anyone help?

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Can't you populate without copying to another sheet?
Play around with attached and change as required.
