Question VBA Updates Pivot Table by cell contents, i want to show "blank" instead of "all"

I've checked a few other posts but haven't found anything that responds to this, and I've been away from using VBA in Excel for a few years and so I'm hoping you can help. Apologies if it's already been answered.

I've got a Pivot Table currently set up to update a Filter based on the value of another cell, D3 (which contains a list of choices as a Data Validation). The code I use is below:

The problem is when an item selected in the list has no match in the Pivot Table, it returns "All", which doesn't work for my needs.

Is there a way for the table to display "blank" instead?

    Thank you!

Also hiding a range may work. My pivot table is in A19:B500.
