Help open Form error

Hi

I have been developing a form and up until now it has worked but now it wont open and i am not sure why?

Which form? When do you want it to open? You have two forms but I cannot find any code to open either.

Looks like a datepicker issue... If I remove the DTPicker lines (or comment out) then the form loads without issue.
I never use the datepicker because it always causes problems especially from one system to the next, often an ocx file needs setting up, and then it won't work on 64-bit systems, so I use a custom form to set dates.

Its the second form SIC_Form and i am trying to open it using the command button on sheet 1 cell A1 the code is in module 1

Thank you i have sorted it by changing the DTPicker to a text box
