Advanced Filter Macro - Need Unique

Hi guys, basically i have this advanced filter running through a macro..but its not bringing a unique 'User IDs' Information back.. so for example it would extract data linked to "DAVID_H" but it is also retrieving "DAVID_HA". Any idea how i would go about making it be exact? I've attached the file.. with the information already retrieved. If you scroll down to around C65+ on Sheet "Query" you'll see what i mean. Thanks
