Save program and back to main menu issue ?

I am using the code below in ThisWorkbook to lock cells on a sheet when the program is saved, and it works perfectly.
Ideally, when the user exits this sheet with the 'Main Menu' button, it would save at that point, then go to the main menu tab.

Every variation of adding a save option to the 'Main Menu' button (which is simply 'Sheets("main menu").Select) does not seem to work.
It seems to run the first Sub but not the second one.

Any thoughts?
