Mail Merge From Excel to Word using check boxes.

    Hello,

I am in need of some help with a mail merge issue. I am looking to have a list of records that all have check boxes and then which ever rows check box is clicked, you can press a button to mail merge only those rows. I currently have the mail merge working where if merges all of the rows but would like to add the option to choose which ones get merged. Can someone please help me with this?

    Thanks!

    Hi,
You could try to copy all records with checked boxes to another sheet before mail merge.
And then perform mail merge using this new sheet as a source.
