OPEN MULTIPLE ULS - Run-time error in Excel 2013

Apologies if the question has been asked before, I certainly couldn't find any mention of it. I created macro some years back in Excel 2003, I have since upgraded to Excel 2013, the macro runs. but throws a Run-time error.

The macro is designed to open multiple URLS, it does two then stops.

I can't for the life me see what it is that's stopping it. I've also seen some other macros throwing a similiar error after working. Is it something to do with the upgrade to a later version of Excel???

Any help would be greatley appreciated.

Thanks for the response, I've since discovered the macro works on my home pc. Is there a reference or object that I need to activate for macros to work normally. As when I run it at work it throws the errors I mentioned?

May be the device on which the error occurs has no NetFramework installed

So nothing I can directly resolve without approching the administrator?

It seems strange that it can process two URL's then stop.

Can you upload simple sample of your file to test it on my device and tell you about results?
I think the problem is because the OS (operating system may be different on both devices)

I have tested your file and it is working for me .. I am using Windows 7 32 Bit and office 2016 Professional version
What is your OS that the problem occurs for you? Is Internet Explorer installed on the device or not?

I am using Windows 7 and Explorer 11 at work but Windows 10 and Edge at home.
