Transpose a single row to a single column using 1 line of vb

Attached is a sample Wkb that i have set up what i am trying to simplify, however i am sure there would be a much shorter way of processing instead of multiple lines of code.

I had a line of code to transpose the other way(to Offset values), but not from the Offset values.
