Create New Tabs based on cell value

I have a spreadsheet with data that I want to move to separate tabs. The process would go like this -

When a value is found in column L copy the entire row - create the new tab name of the value and paste in the entire row to its new sheet.
Loop through each value in column L and do the same for every value in L.


Most values in L are the same, so that new row would be copied and placed in the already created tab.
