excel 2016 stops running(crashes) after running VBA that was working fine on previous vers

Hi out there!

My vba code (below) has worked with no issues in all windows versions and office versions until Excel 2016. The code does what is supposed to do but now with Excel 2016 excel stops running (windows is checking for a solution...) and then crashes and reopens excel. There are no error messages. Does my code need an edit to address this in 2016? Thank you in advance
