Dependant dropdown on a list

Hope you're well.

The setup:
Sheet 1; is an input form, order form more specifically. User enters item codes and quantities which autopopulate from webquery sheets; also (THIS IS THE PROBLEM AREA) there is a combo-box that will allow for the selection of a customer ID (from another sheet), following this address fields with data validation should allow user to select addresses based on the customer ID selected from sheet 2, explained below.

Sheet 2; is a web query that pulls information from the internet of customer records, layout customer id, customer name, address name, address 1, city, postal code etc. etc.

See attached example.

I simply just want; when the user selects a customer, in another field only be allowed to select addresses that match that ID, e.g.
id addresee address line 1 city post code
1 Lucy 10 Tester Road Swindon sw34on
1 Tom 12 Cat Street London nw34lk
2 Alan 14 Dog Avenue Bristol bs80op
3 Naomi 234 Denni Road London sw34la
3 Jen 3 James Street Bath ba12lj

As you can see they share an id/name then it splits into one to many, how can I achieve data validation based off this layout of information and on the value of another cell via combo box?
