    copy and paste overwriting conditional formatting

    Is there a way around having my conditional formatting overwritten when using VBA to copy and paste data?

    And in the range A8:E1000, I have conditional formatting

    But when I run my macro above, it loses the conditional formatting...

    Any thoughts?

    Use Paste Values instead. Example:
