HELP!! CMS Avaya data imports to Excel 2010

I have to do an interval report every hour for my company, and it requires me to constantly switch (alt+tab)between Avaya CMS & Excel. I generate data one at a time from each split (over a dozen splits) in CMS and copy it, then paste it one by one to Excel. I'd like to form a quick-n-easy method to do this with one macro.

    Thanks,
    James

I do a lot of interval reporting so you've got a couple of options.

Why not open the CMS report, go to design, Edit, Edit Inputs and click the split skill multi value button. Then you can run one report with multiple splits.
You could also script the report to output to a text file and import the data into Excel with some VBA.
    OR
You run the VB code from the Avaya ACSAUTO script in Excel as a macro.
    Cheers,

    Colin
