Macro running twice

I have been given this bit of code which works fine to execute my Macro which sends an e-mail if a value is less than zero, however it is sending the e-mail twice. Anyone help me out?

Unfortunately I cannot replicate your error - no duplications here
But a quick search suggests it may be one of Microsoft's special little roulette features

thanks for having a try mate, had a look at those links you gave me so seems there is some kind of bug but its way over my head, tried to smash the coding together but can't get it to work haha, ah well I tried.
