the data would be needed permanantley a manual once off at end of moths for 32 sites x 5 inspections want a one line summary or average?
Is this what you were trying to ask for in that other thread where you posted two workbooks? I think you are going to need a VBA solution. Shall I move the thread to the right section for you?
