Deleting input every two rows.

Hi Y'all

A weird request. I have a spreadsheet that I need to delete every second row starting from D4:AH4, D6:AH6....... D102:AH102. These rows are for inputting numbers that need to be deleted the beginning of each month. All the row inbetween are hidden and contain formulaes. How can I do that without deleting the formulaes? I tried to call the lines by a specific name range, but for some reason it does not work.
