Delete entire row based on certain condition

Hi,

I have the following data.
A B C
1 2
2 2
3
4 3
5 2
6
7 1

I want to delete an entire row with a VB script when the cells under column B and column C are empty, without using a For/Do/While loop. In this example, I want to delete rows 3 and 6. Thanks!
